Support Contracts

If your business has between five and 100 employees, we offer support agreements that include remote monitoring & support and all site visits for a fixed monthly cost with no long term contracts. It’s the cost effective and proactive way to ensure that your network and computers are secure and well maintained. Here are some of the benefits:

Priority Service
Our support contract clients receive priority service and can usually expect to speak to a knowledgeable technician and receive remote support straight away. And if a site visit is required that is usually the same day.

Fixed IT Costs
A support contract helps you manage your IT budget. And unlike the maintenance agreements offered by many other support providers, we have very few exclusions.

No Long Term Contracts
We offer an excellent service at a reasonable cost and so we have no need to tie our customers in with long-term contracts. Our agreements are on a monthly rolling basis and can be terminated at any time with 30 days notice with no penalties.

Continuous Server Monitoring
Continuous monitoring is included and we will often know about a server or network issue before you do, especially when a fault occurs out-of-hours. We can be on your doorstep to fix a fault before you even knew there was a problem.

Monitored Security
We can include monitored anti-virus, internet security and intrusion detection services for your additional peace of mind.

Job Tracking and Reporting
We provide a client portal for you to report problems and track faults, and we also provide reports so you can see exactly how we are looking after your business.

Remote Support
We are usually able to provide remote support straight away. We use TeamViewer Corporate which is protected by strong encryption, whitelisting and two factor authentication. You should be wary of service providers who rely on free software as it is often less secure and unlicensed for use in a corporate environment.

Site Visits
All site visits are included and there’s no hidden extra costs for this service. If we are unable to fix your fault remotely or if it is just easier to resolve the problem on-site, we will arrange a site visit asap. We believe that regular face-to-face contact with our clients is important so you won’t find us reluctant to make a visit.

Proactive Support
It’s important to ensure your IT equipment is up-to-date, and reliable, and that your data is secure and safely backed-up, so we perform regular reviews for your peace of mind and ours.

Consultancy
Consultancy from an experienced and qualified advisor is also included. If you need IT or GDPR advice, we are happy to help.

Scheduled Maintenance Visits
Regular, scheduled maintenance visits are a great way to build up a good relationship with our clients, so this is another service that we are happy to provide.

Loan Equipment
If your IT equipment is in need of repair and will be out of action, we will make every effort to provide you with loan equipment for as long as you need, at no extra cost.
